Join Our Team: FTE Program & Culinary Support Specialist

Full-Time | In Person | Durham, NC | $45,000–$48,000 annually

Looking to make a difference? Threshold Clubhouse is an outstanding evidence-based clubhouse model program located in Durham NC. This FTE position is an opportunity to be a part of this transformative model of recovery for adults diagnosed with severe mental illness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll work side by side with Threshold members while supporting the daily operations of the Clubhouse. Responsibilities include preparing, planning, and facilitating meals with members; developing engaging health and wellness activities; coordinating menu planning and wellness programming; and managing a caseload of approximately 10–20 members.

We Need Someone With:

Candidates should have a BA/BS, OTA degree, or degree in a relevant field. Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness is strongly preferred. Applicants must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, be able to travel for training, obtain or maintain First Aid/CPR certification, and successfully complete a background check.

The starting salary for this full-time position is $45,000–$48,000 annually.
