The Member Services Unit has a wide assortment of responsibilities designed to help members navigate their clubhouse and outside lives. MSU members operate the Thrift Store (link to donations page) and make birthday cards.  Member Service members also coordinate outreach to members who are sick or have been absent from Threshold for a time, playing a major role in promoting the atmosphere of community support which is so essential to each member’s well-being. 

MSU members also record the earnings of members working in Transitional Employment (link to Employment), distribute bus tickets and compile the corresponding reports, write donor thank-you cards and operate the food bank.  We help members manage their lives outside the clubhouse as well. 

We help members obtain State ID cards, driver's licenses, and Social Security Cards, and provide transportation to the polls on election day.
