The Kitchen offers delicious home-cooked meals daily including a fruit dessert, salad bar, and drink, all for just $1.00. The Kitchen Unit also prepares food for our biweekly Employment Dinner and for weekends, parties and holiday celebrations, all of which are provided to members free of cost.

Daily responsibilities include food preparation, meal planning, grocery shopping, ordering food from our supplier, waiting tables, cashiering, and cleaning the dining room and adjacent great room. Kitchen members also tend Threshold's plants and do van maintenance for our 15-passenger vans.
