Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides vital support and oversight to Threshold. As a board member you will collaboratively assist in the growth and sustainability of the organization's mission.. All board members meet as a group once a month for the regular board meeting and all are encouraged to join a board committee where individual talents are allowed to shine. Our board members are important and closely work with staff on areas of need, fundraising, and being an advocate for our cause.
Committees of the BOD:
Finance: This group is directly responsible for supporting the creating and implementation of the budget for the agency.
Nominating: This group seeks out, interviews and nominates prospective new board members.
Resource Development: Supports the work of Development/Fundraising for the agency.
Program: Works with staff to ensure that programming of the Clubhouse meets the needs of those served by Threshold.
Employment: Works with the Transitional Employment Coordinator to seek out potential employers for members of the Clubhouse.
By-laws/Policies: Meets as needed to determine if the by-laws reflect the changing landscape of Board functioning and approves policy changes affecting the BOD/Clubhouse.
